Either way, all these tools (such as Picard or MP3Tag) are geared towards the Western Music. It is so much more pain to do for Chinese Music (read about my album art cleaning journey). As an example, it took me less than 1 hour to clean up a nice library of ALL Taylor Swift’s discography. It will not be the same for Chinese Music.
