“Unconsciously Thinking of You” (不知不覺想起你) is the fourth Cantonese studio album by the famous Hong Kong pop singer Vivian Lai (黎瑞恩).
Released by PolyGram Records on October 28, 1993, the album was a major commercial success. It topped the IFPI Album Sales Chart for two consecutive weeks and remained in the top 10 for five weeks.

- “Loving You This Foolishly” (愛你這樣傻): The leading track, created by the same production team behind her massive hit “One Person Has One Dream,” continuing her signature emotional ballad style.
- “Automatically Disappearing Lonely Days” (自動消失Lonely Days): The second plug, which showcased a rare up-tempo pop style for Vivian Lai at the time and became highly popular.
- “Unconsciously Thinking of You” (不知不覺想起你): The title track, written by legendary lyricist Albert Leung (Lin Xi) and composed/arranged by Tony Arevalo Jr. (Lo Tung-nei). It was later featured as an insert song in the film Tristar (大三元).
- Star-Studded Collaborations: Labelmate Vivian Chow composed the track “Understand My World Has No One Else” for her. Additionally, Vivian Lai teamed up with her close friend Winnie Lau for the popular duet “Talking About Love”.
